You could bundle MyFonts, Fontshop, Fonts.com, and Linotype because signing a distribution contract with Monotype automatically includes all four sites (at the same rate).1 -

You see a lot of the infant Gill Sans in German and French books of the 1950s–60s, and not only for children. It was likely seen as an alternative geometric sans that didn’t venture as far from Futur…4 -
